How To Be Saved

This is the most important question of your life.

Are you saved?

It has nothing to do with how good you are. It has nothing to do with you being a church member or church worker. If you died today, are you sure you would go to heaven?

You can be saved today. The Bible gives us God’s simple plan on how to be saved.

First, you must realize and admit that you are a sinner. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23
And because you are a sinner, you are condemned to death. For the wages of sin is death” Romans 6:23  This includes eternal separation from God in Hell.

But God loved you so much He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to bear your sin and die in your place. . . . He hath made Him [Jesus, Who knew no sin] to be sin for us . . . that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him” 2 Corinthians 5:21
“ . . . God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” Romans 5:8

You must confess your sins and repent, that is turning your back and changing your ways. “God . . . commandeth all men everywhere to repent” Acts 17:30
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.’ 1John1:9

Ask Jesus into your heart to be your Lord and Savior. Believe in Him. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation” Romans 10:9-10.
…what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts:16-30-31
“But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name” (John 1:12).
“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13).

If you are ready to make a personal commitment to follow Jesus Christ, all you have to do is reach out to Him now in prayer. He is listening and waiting to come into your heart. He wants to help you live a better life. Will you invite Him in now? If you would like to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you can use this prayer as a guide:
Father, I know that I have broken Your laws and my sins have separated me from You. I confess my sins before You this day and ask that You forgive me. I believe that Your son, Jesus Christ, died for my sins, shed His blood for my salvation, was resurrected from the dead and is alive. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Thank You Lord, for saving me. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
By praying this prayer, confessing your sins, and receiving Jesus Christ into your heart, God has given you the right to become His forgiven child. The Bible gives you this assurance:
“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name” John 1:12

Now you know that if you died today, you are sure to go to Heaven and be with the Lord for all of eternity!

Find a Bible-believing Church, talk to God in prayer and read your Bible every day. Knowing how the Lord has saved you, help others out of the path of destruction and death also, by sharing with them, your new found faith in Christ Jesus.

God bless you.

Scoffing at Prophecies

One cool evening, while gathering materials needed for evangelising, I asked a Pastor nearby to give me the witnessing books I had earlier lent to him. Excitedly, I continued on my present mission, praying for increase. The Pastor dashing by, managed to stop in his tracks for a few minutes in order to respond to my request. I was still staring at him excitedly, waiting to get the items when he looked me straight in the eye, saying: "I hope it's not those stories about hell!".
You can imagine the burst in my bubbles. That didn't last long because I know that the devil does not want stories about hell told. Jesus talked about hell. Hell is real. The scriptures talk about hell.

Isn't it amazing that people will talk about anything else in life except that which matters the most? "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?" Matthew 16:26 NKJV And so, we see believers, christians, even ministers of God, making every excuse not to talk about hell.

The message of salvation is first and foremost (in my opinion), a message of love- For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son...- A message of love. God's eternal and everlasting love for man....but the verse continues:...that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish - A message of warning to turn from eternal damnation...which is hell and the lake of fire...and it still continues:...but have everlasting life - Yet, it ends with the proof of God's love and desire for His creation. John 3:16.

Many have testified of their divine encounters and when we listen to them, the Spirit of the Lord helps us to know through discernment, those who testify of Him. The focus is on the Lord Jesus. Do you really think the devil will testify of the Lord, encouraging you to obey Him and walk in Him in order to have eternal life in Him?!...Or do you think he would rather, you believed hell did not exist, so that in your ignorance, you reject the One Who died and gave Himself for you that you might live, and thus by rejecting Him (Jesus), you miss heaven and end up in hell??!!!...well, you be the judge. The Bible says "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Hosea 4:6 NKJV

If we are not careful, we will find ourselves scoffing at prophecies, and the Bible warns us in 1 Thess 5:20-21 (NLT)
Do not scoff at prophecies, but test everything that is said. Hold on to what is good. Rather than scoff and jeer at those who have been blessed with such divine encounters, why don't we raise up our spiritual filters, asking the Holy Spirit to give us His discerning power, in order that we might as He says, test the spirits?!
You are either for Him or against Him. Be careful that you do not end up working against Him, while bearing His name. "Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall." 1 CorinthianS 10:12 NKJV

Eyewitness accounts:

The First Time I Went With Jesus to Hell

Then Jesus said we should go to hell. In a twinkling of an eye we arrived in hell with the two accompanying angels. I cannot vividly describe hell and the sufferings of its occupants. The words to use to describe the nature of hell and the degree of the torments and sufferings of its victims are not available to man on earth. Besides my knowledge of the available vocabulary is so little that the effort I shall make to describe hell is as the effort one makes to ascertain the quantity of sand in the seashore by counting the grains. I have the same problem in describing the beauty of heaven. The horror of hell is great. What I saw in hell scared me. I lost my strength and fell down. I became more afraid of God. I heard the agonizing cries of the damned. I heard some, pleading in their torments, "Have mercy on us, Lord. Have mercy on us, Lord. Have mercy on us, Lord." This was their continual prayer.
Hebrews 10:31
"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God."
Life in hell is of great pity and horror. I saw people crying and gnashing their teeth.
Matthew 25:30
"And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Their faces looked older than their age because of their great torments and sufferings. I could see as if people were swimming inside the flames of hell. When hell roared and quaked, it took those in its surface down to its bottom vice versa. There are torments and sufferings in hell. I saw the burning flames of fire with people in it. I saw children, men, women; educated, uneducated, rich, poor, etc. They were crying and repenting. I heard cry coming from those who were in the depth of hell. I heard the cry of children, of the young and the old. I saw the way those in torments breathe. Their breathing was that of gasping for air as one in his dying moment. Some of them, due to their great cries, their tongues were lying outside like dogs. Some their eyeballs were as if they were falling from their sockets. Those in torments breathe in as if drawing their last breath. But this remains their state forever. Since there is no air in hell, what they breathe in and out is the burning flame of fire. The remembrance of the past privileges they had to accept the Saviour Jesus Christ which they ignored or rejected on earth, adds to their torment and sorrow. I saw them in great agony, gnashing their teeth. I saw that people were pressing themselves in hell. Hell through its quaking and roaring changes the positions of the occupants. Life in hell is of agony. The occupants are restless. Hell is in complete darkness.

Satan's Plan to Destroy Me and This Message

Satan shouted and made different kinds of noise. The Lord made me to see how in response to Satan's call his demonic authorities on earth flew to hell for an emergency meeting. They all gathered before Satan in hell. Satan addressed them saying,
"That Righteous man has brought this young man all this while to hell so that he should see the horror, agony and sufferings of hell which men on earth are ignorant of. We must not take this for a joke. That Righteous man wants to send him to the world to tell them the indispensability of holiness for entrance into heaven, which many are ignorant of. There will then soon be a revival of holiness on the earth. I am realising that there shall soon be a revival of Holiness Movement in the world. People shall soon realize that it is only holiness that can take them to heaven. We must pursue this young man and overtake him. We must take the message out of his mouth and, if possible, we shall destroy his life."

Bill Wiese saw the searing flames of hell, felt total isolation, and experienced the putrid and rotting stench, deafening screams of agony, terrorizing demons, and finally, the strong hand of God lifting him out of the pit.
"Tell them I am coming very, very soon!"
Wiese's visit to the devil's lair lasted just twenty-three minutes, but he returned with vivid details etched in his memory. Since this life-changing ordeal, he has spent the last seven years studying the Scriptures to find answers and has listed more than 150 Bible verses referencing hell.

Everyone is curious about the afterlife, and now Wiese shares his insights to commonly asked questions such as:
* Is hell a literal burning place?
* Where is hell?
* Do you have a body in hell?
* Are there Degrees of punishment in hell?
* Are there children in hell?
* Can Demons torment people in hell?
* Can "good" people go to hell?
"Even if you don't believe my story, I hope you will believe the Scriptures and avoid hell just the same.

Acts 2 (NLT)

1 On the day of Pentecost all the believers were meeting together in one place. 2 Suddenly, there was a sound from heaven like the roaring of a mighty windstorm, and it filled the house where they were sitting. 3 Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. 4 And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
5 At that time there were devout Jews from every nation living in Jerusalem. 6 When they heard the loud noise, everyone came running, and they were bewildered to hear their own languages being spoken by the believers.
7 They were completely amazed. “How can this be?” they exclaimed. “These people are all from Galilee, 8 and yet we hear them speaking in our own native languages! 9 Here we are—Parthians, Medes, Elamites, people from Mesopotamia, Judea, Cappadocia, Pontus, the province of Asia, 10 Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, and the areas of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome 11 (both Jews and converts to Judaism), Cretans, and Arabs. And we all hear these people speaking in our own languages about the wonderful things God has done!” 12 They stood there amazed and perplexed. “What can this mean?” they asked each other.
13 But others in the crowd ridiculed them, saying, “They’re just drunk, that’s all!”
14 Then Peter stepped forward with the eleven other apostles and shouted to the crowd, “Listen carefully, all of you, fellow Jews and residents of Jerusalem! Make no mistake about this. 15 These people are not drunk, as some of you are assuming. Nine o’clock in the morning is much too early for that. 16 No, what you see was predicted long ago by the prophet Joel:
17 ‘In the last days,’ God says,
‘I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy.
Your young men will see visions,
and your old men will dream dreams.
18 In those days I will pour out my Spirit
even on my servants—men and women alike—
      and they will prophesy.
19 And I will cause wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below—
blood and fire and clouds of smoke.
20 The sun will become dark,
and the moon will turn blood red
before that great and glorious day of the Lord arrives.
21 But everyone who calls on the name of the Lord
      will be saved.’
22 “People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through him, as you well know. 23 But God knew what would happen, and his prearranged plan was carried out when Jesus was betrayed. With the help of lawless Gentiles, you nailed him to a cross and killed him. 24 But God released him from the horrors of death and raised him back to life, for death could not keep him in its grip. 25 King David said this about him:
‘I see that the Lord is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
26 No wonder my heart is glad,
and my tongue shouts his praises!
      My body rests in hope.
27 For you will not leave my soul among the dead
or allow your Holy One to rot in the grave.
28 You have shown me the way of life,
and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.’
29 “Dear brothers, think about this! You can be sure that the patriarch David wasn’t referring to himself, for he died and was buried, and his tomb is still here among us. 30 But he was a prophet, and he knew God had promised with an oath that one of David’s own descendants would sit on his throne. 31 David was looking into the future and speaking of the Messiah’s resurrection. He was saying that God would not leave him among the dead or allow his body to rot in the grave.
32 “God raised Jesus from the dead, and we are all witnesses of this. 33 Now he is exalted to the place of highest honor in heaven, at God’s right hand. And the Father, as he had promised, gave him the Holy Spirit to pour out upon us, just as you see and hear today. 34 For David himself never ascended into heaven, yet he said,
‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit in the place of honor at my right hand
35 until I humble your enemies,
making them a footstool under your feet.”’
36 “So let everyone in Israel know for certain that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, to be both Lord and Messiah!”
37 Peter’s words pierced their hearts, and they said to him and to the other apostles, “Brothers, what should we do?”
38 Peter replied, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 This promise is to you, and to your children, and even to the Gentiles—all who have been called by the Lord our God.” 40 Then Peter continued preaching for a long time, strongly urging all his listeners, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation!”
41 Those who believed what Peter said were baptized and added to the church that day—about 3,000 in all.

A Word from the Lord...

Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people.

This can be found in Proverbs 14:34 (NKJV)! Our prayers continue...Repentance and Mercy...Do not be weary. Please, continue to pray!

Intensify your prayers

I heard the Lord say to me: "Intensify your prayers". This is truly a time for us to intensify our prayers. We need to wake up...there is too much slumbering in the church today. We need to be alert, sober and vigilant. we need to Watch and Pray.

"Ichabod"

I heard a gentle whisper on September 14th, 2011 ..."Ichabod".
For those who have never heard this word before, it means "the glory has departed". The story can be seen in 1 Samuel chapter 4:

1 And Samuel’s words went out to all the people of Israel.
The Philistines Capture the Ark
At that time Israel was at war with the Philistines. The Israelite army was camped near Ebenezer, and the Philistines were at Aphek. 2 The Philistines attacked and defeated the army of Israel, killing 4,000 men. 3 After the battle was over, the troops retreated to their camp, and the elders of Israel asked, “Why did the Lord allow us to be defeated by the Philistines?” Then they said, “Let’s bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord from Shiloh. If we carry it into battle with us, it[a] will save us from our enemies.”
4 So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God. 5 When all the Israelites saw the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord coming into the camp, their shout of joy was so loud it made the ground shake!
6 “What’s going on?” the Philistines asked. “What’s all the shouting about in the Hebrew camp?” When they were told it was because the Ark of the Lord had arrived, 7 they panicked. “The gods have[b] come into their camp!” they cried. “This is a disaster! We have never had to face anything like this before! 8 Help! Who can save us from these mighty gods of Israel? They are the same gods who destroyed the Egyptians with plagues when Israel was in the wilderness. 9 Fight as never before, Philistines! If you don’t, we will become the Hebrews’ slaves just as they have been ours! Stand up like men and fight!”
10 So the Philistines fought desperately, and Israel was defeated again. The slaughter was great; 30,000 Israelite soldiers died that day. The survivors turned and fled to their tents. 11 The Ark of God was captured, and Hophni and Phinehas, the two sons of Eli, were killed.
The Death of Eli
12 A man from the tribe of Benjamin ran from the battlefield and arrived at Shiloh later that same day. He had torn his clothes and put dust on his head to show his grief. 13 Eli was waiting beside the road to hear the news of the battle, for his heart trembled for the safety of the Ark of God. When the messenger arrived and told what had happened, an outcry resounded throughout the town.
14 “What is all the noise about?” Eli asked.
The messenger rushed over to Eli, 15 who was ninety-eight years old and blind. 16 He said to Eli, “I have just come from the battlefield—I was there this very day.”
“What happened, my son?” Eli demanded.
17 “Israel has been defeated by the Philistines,” the messenger replied. “The people have been slaughtered, and your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, were also killed. And the Ark of God has been captured.”
18 When the messenger mentioned what had happened to the Ark of God, Eli fell backward from his seat beside the gate. He broke his neck and died, for he was old and overweight. He had been Israel’s judge for forty years.
19 Eli’s daughter-in-law, the wife of Phinehas, was pregnant and near her time of delivery. When she heard that the Ark of God had been captured and that her father-in-law and husband were dead, she went into labor and gave birth. 20 She died in childbirth, but before she passed away the midwives tried to encourage her. “Don’t be afraid,” they said. “You have a baby boy!” But she did not answer or pay attention to them.
21 She named the child Ichabod (which means “Where is the glory?”), for she said, “Israel’s glory is gone.” She named him this because the Ark of God had been captured and because her father-in-law and husband were dead. 22 Then she said, “The glory has departed from Israel, for the Ark of God has been captured.”

We need to pray for mercy. The Lord says in 2 Chronicles 7:14 Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.

We need to humble ourselves before the Lord God Almighty-The creator of heaven and earth. The Great God Jehovah, Who sent His only son to die for us on the cross of calvary. By His shed blood, we are saved. We need to repent and turn away from our sins, as individuals, as families, as churches, as a nation, The Lord is willing to forgive all who come to Him and does not want anyone to perish. Ezekiel 33:11 As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live. Turn! Turn from your wickedness, O people of Israel! Why should you die?

We have gone far away from our God as a nation and have to seek His forgiveness. He will forgive. Today, when you read or hear this, please do not harden your heart. Hebrews 3:15 Remember what it says: “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled.

Please, let us fall on our knees now and pray!

The Watchman

Ezekiel 33

Ezekiel as Israel’s Watchman
1 Once again a message came to me from the Lord: 2 “Son of man, give your people this message: ‘When I bring an army against a country, the people of that land choose one of their own to be a watchman. 3 When the watchman sees the enemy coming, he sounds the alarm to warn the people. 4 Then if those who hear the alarm refuse to take action, it is their own fault if they die. 5 They heard the alarm but ignored it, so the responsibility is theirs. If they had listened to the warning, they could have saved their lives. 6 But if the watchman sees the enemy coming and doesn’t sound the alarm to warn the people, he is responsible for their captivity. They will die in their sins, but I will hold the watchman responsible for their deaths.’
7 “Now, son of man, I am making you a watchman for the people of Israel. Therefore, listen to what I say and warn them for me. 8 If I announce that some wicked people are sure to die and you fail to tell them to change their ways, then they will die in their sins, and I will hold you responsible for their deaths. 9 But if you warn them to repent and they don’t repent, they will die in their sins, but you will have saved yourself.
The Watchman’s Message
10 “Son of man, give the people of Israel this message: You are saying, ‘Our sins are heavy upon us; we are wasting away! How can we survive?’ 11 As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live. Turn! Turn from your wickedness, O people of Israel! Why should you die?
